No Interest Micro Business Loans

Do you want to start your own business or expand an existing one?  Do you have a Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card? If so, you may be eligible to apply for a NILS Micro Business loan of up to $3000.00 or up to $6000.00 for two partners in the same business.

The NILS Network of Tasmania is a not-for-profit, community organisation that provides no-interest loans to Tasmanians living on low incomes. Our Micro Business loans provide up to $3000.00 for a wide range of business costs including insurance, tools, office equipment, stock, promotion and marketing.

Our Micro Business loans are currently assisting around 200 Tasmanians to bring their small business ideas to life.

NILS work in partnership with the Braddon Business Centre to provide a one-stop small business support service including help with business planning, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
